Members must inform the gym of an absence in advance. There may be short periods when My Gym is closed and/or classes are not running. There are no refunds or credits for these closures. To the best of our ability, we will inform members in advance of these closures so that members may attend additional programs before or after the closure.
This agreement constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the member. You will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until you cancel your enrollment from your My Gym online account and receive an email confirmation from the gym stating your cancellation request has been processed. All cancels must be complete before payment date. It is agreed that, upon cancellation, you may continue to attend the gym until your final day of membership. No Verbal Request are accepted. All cancelations are require to completed though their online profile only.
